ASUS GeForce GTX 780 Ti DirectCU II Graphics Card | 3mth Wty
The GeForce GTX 780 Ti Graphics Card is a computer graphics card from ASUS that includes Windows software and is suitable for installation in computers with PCI Express expansion slots. A dedicated graphics card not only helps render 2D and 3D graphics faster and with more detail it can also supply additional processing power to a growing number GPU-aware applications that support parallel processing. Parallel processing allows applications to shift many computationally intensive tasks, such as transcoding video, to the GPU which, in many cases, can perform these computations significantly faster than the CPU alone.
This version of the GeForce GTX 780 Ti comes pre clocked at 954 MHz, and can be overclocked up to 1020 MHz using the included ASUS GPU Tweak Utility software. The GPU incorporates 2880 CUDA Cores (stream processors), which not only act as shaders to render display graphics, but also allow applications that support parallel processing to perform hundreds of simple calculations at once. To move data to and from the GPU as efficiently as possible, the card features a 384-bit memory interface and 3GB of GDDR5 RAM with a native clock speed of 1750 MHz. Because GDDR5 RAM moves data at four words per cycle, the effective memory clock speed works out to 7000 MHz.
The card can be connected to a variety of displays, including monitors, HDTVs, projectors, and many 3D devices. It features an HDMI port, a DisplayPort port, a DVI-I (digital and analog) port, and a DVI-D (digital only) port. Using the DVI port and a DVI to VGA adapter, sold separately, you can also connect legacy analog VGA displays. For immersive gaming, the card supports up to three displays connected concurrently with a combined resolution of up to 5760 x 1080.
NOTE: Images used are stock photos. Graphics card looks exactly the same however does not have the red accents on the heatsink cover.
