At Reboot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Device

Factory reset your electronics to remove personal data and pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
